How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you complete the contact form.

We also obtain information from you when we create you as a customer for invoicing purposes.

Once you are a client of ours we will collect information about you and your organization as part of our ongoing relationship.

What type of information is collected from you?

We will collect email addresses and telephone numbers for contacting you to invite you to events, open workshops and for contact regarding ongoing work with you.

We will collect individual or organisational information relating to invoicing.

We will collect organisational and individual information in the process of our work with you. This could be background information on the company or you individually. We keep team facilitation notes relating to sessions we run with you. We keep coaching notes and copies of any psychometric assessments, 360 and other diagnostic products.

Use of ‘cookies’

Like many other websites, our website uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual.

• Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;

Data retention

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Team facilitation notes, coaching notes and psychometric assessments and other diagnostic tools will be kept for 12 months after our work with you has completed unless you request a longer period.

Who has access to your information?

Your details for invoicing purposes are stored on ‘Kashflow’ our accounting system. You can contact Kashflow directly for their privacy policy at kashflow.com.

If you take part in a diagnostic tool, supplied and ran by a third party this information will also be stored by them. Should you wish to see the privacy policy for these providers we can supply information to you.

All other information collected directly from Leaders are making a difference Ltd is stored securely and password protected or under lock and key if it is hard copy. The only person with access to the information is your coach/facilitator.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf.

However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the information that is necessary to deliver the service. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the company for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
